These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the seller (author) and the buyer when purchasing works of art through the RomaArt website.
By using the website www.romaart.cz and submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

The subject of the sale is original hand-painted paintings by Romana Šimáně, presented on the RomaArt website. Each painting is a unique work of art, created by the artist herself.
The buyer can order the painting directly through the website by clicking on the “Buy” button and then filling out the order form. After submitting the order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email, which constitutes a draft purchase agreement.
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the author confirms the order by email to the buyer.
All prices listed on the website are final, including any applicable taxes. Payment is made in advance to the seller’s bank account. Upon prior agreement, personal payment upon receipt of the painting is also possible. Payment details are sent to the buyer in the order confirmation. The seller recommends checking your spam/junk mail folder as well.
The buyer undertakes to pay the price of the ordered work and postage by bank transfer within 5 calendar days of receiving the order confirmation.
If the amount is not paid within the deadline and no individual agreement is reached, the seller is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order.
By canceling your order, the painting will automatically be released back for sale to other interested parties.
The seller ships finished paintings only after payment has been credited to the account.
Paintings marked “In Stock” are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment.
Paintings marked “On display at the hotel” have a longer delivery time, as they must first be replaced. These images are shipped within 30 days of receipt of payment.
Delivery is by courier service.
The price for shipping, packaging, and insurance is CZK 800.
The buyer can also pick up the painting in person – at the seller’s home or at the hotel where the work is exhibited (by prior arrangement).
Each painting is an original work of art bearing the individual signature of the artist. These works are not subject to the standard 14-day return period under Section 1829 of the Civil Code, as they are unique creations and do not bear the hallmarks of mass production.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the work for any reason, they can contact the author directly, who will resolve the situation individually and accommodatingly.
Each painting is thoroughly checked and securely packaged before shipping. The buyer is required to inspect the shipment upon delivery. If the shipment is damaged during transport, it is necessary to immediately fill out a complaint form with the carrier upon delivery and contact the author.
The situation will then be resolved individually to the customer’s complete satisfaction and in accordance with the Complaints Procedure available on the website.
All images, texts, photographs, and graphic elements featured on the RomaArt website are the copyrighted work of Romana Šimáně.
These materials may not be copied, modified, or otherwise used without the author’s prior written consent.
The buyer acquires ownership rights to the physical original, but not the rights to reproduce the work or use it commercially.
The buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and described in detail in the Privacy Policy document, which is available on the RomaArt website.
These terms and conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the RomaArt website.
All communication takes place via email at atelier@romaart.cz, unless otherwise stated.
The seller reserves the right to update them as necessary.
I carefully pack each painting and ship it within 5 business days of receiving payment.
If the work is currently on display at the Nobilis Hotel, it must first be replaced with another painting. The delivery time is therefore longer ‑ up to 30 days.
You can also pick up the painting in person, either directly at the Nobilis Hotel or at my place in Mladá Boleslav ‑ Bradlec, by prior arrangement.
Shipping, packaging, and insurance are charged at CZK 800.
